Funeral services were held at 2:00 p. m. Sunday in Stevens Funeral Home Chapel with Randy Milam officiating. Interment was in the Coleman City Cemetery, under the direction of Stevens Funeral Home.
Stella Bucy Tune was born September 9, 1921 in Parks, Stephens County, Texas and was a daughter of the late Seth and Dollie Mae Keith Bucy. She grew up in Coleman and graduated from Coleman High School in 1939. On March 2,1941, she married Sanford B. Tune in San Angelo and he preceded her in death on March 6, 1992. She was a homemaker and lived in many different places where her husband was a Church of Christ minister, including Mertzon, Rising Star, Llano, Pecos, Abilene, Moran, Sheridan, Aldean, Kansas City, Missouri, Dearborn, Michigan, Chandler, Arizona, Paris, Arkansas, Greensboro, Indiana and Amerherst, Texas. She moved back to Coleman in 1988 and moved to Canton several years ago to be near her children. She was a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors include three daughters, Danielle Tune of Canton, Sandra Milam of Roseville, Michigan and Shannon Mintz of Canton; ten grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; three sisters, Donna Lovina Bucy of Phoenix, Arizona, Dollie Jean Sparkman and Theda Ray Hazelwood, both of Coleman. She was preceded in death by an infant son, Sanford B. Tune, Jr. in 1949.

"She was born Dollie Jean Bucy on May 29, 1932 in Borger, Texas, a daughter of Seth Madison Bucy and Dollie Mae Keith Bucy. She moved to Coleman as a child and graduated from Coleman High School in 1949. On February 18, 1950 she married Wayne Sparkman in Coleman. Following their marriage, they lived in South Texas from 1952 to 1957 when they moved to Abilene. They moved to Midland in 1966 where she worked for Union Oil Company of California as Executive Secretary for 13 years. Following her retirement from Union Oil, she became secretary for the family business, Sparkman Pipe and Supply Company, then at Claydesta Commications as Administrative Supervisor for two years.
"Dollie and Wayne returned to Coleman in 1986 and she worked at J. E. Stevens Company for three years. Wayne died on February 28, 1992. Dollie became a well-loved part of Stevens Funeral Home a few months after Wayne's death. She was the office manager and greeted everyone who came through the door. In September 2010 she decided to retire and had enjoyed some months of traveling, leisure, painting pictures and having coffee with the Fun Bunch.
"Dollie was a devoted member of First United Methodist Church in Coleman where she sang in the Chancel Choir. She also served as Treasurer for the Choir. She was a charter member of the Fine Arts League of Coleman County.
"Survivors include her two sons, Bill Sparkman and wife Nellie of College Station, and Darwin Sparkman of San Antonio; son-in-law, Monte Meers and wife Sherry of Abilene; five grandchildren, Seth Aaron Sparkman, Adam Wayne Sparkman, Bryan Meers, Nicholas Meers and Sabrina Meers; four great-grandchildren, Avery Meers, Preslei Sparkman, Joel Meers and Kylee Meers; two sisters, Donna Bucy Davenport of Boise, Idaho and Theda Rhea and husband Sherrell Hazelwood of Coleman; several nieces and nephews.
"Dollie was preceded in death by a sister, Stella Tune, and a brother, Jim Bucy; her daughter, Marcie Meers on May 31, 2001 and a great-grandson, Callan Meers on August 20, 2010.
"Family visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Sunday at Stevens Funeral Home, 400 West Pecan Street, Coleman.
"Memorials may be made to the West Texas Rehabilitation Center."

Helen Lovena Hall, 94, of Greenville, died Friday, Feb. 5, 2010 at Greencrest Manor Nursing Home. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 9, 2010, at Coker-Mathews Funeral Home chapel with Rick Henslee officiating. Interment will be in East Mount Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 12 noon to service time Tuesday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Hall was born in Celeste on Jan. 15, 1916. She was the daughter of Joe Byers and Virgie Brook Byers. On Oct. 11, 1940, she was married to Glen Hall in Greenville.
She was a member of the Church of Christ and retired from Coca Cola Bottling Company in Greenville after 19 years.
Mrs. Hall is survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and sisters-in-law, Katherine Byers, Ora Mae Byers, Wanda Byers, Ellease Byers and Barbara Allen.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Glen Hall in 1975, her parents, five brothers, three sisters and sister-in-law, Janie Byers.
Her nephews will serve as pallbearers.
The family would like to thank First Choice Health Care, Greencrest Manor and American Hospice and their workers, Tahesha and Shelley, for their love and special care of Mrs. Hall.
