"Testatrix: I Magdalena Shitz of the Borough of Lancaster in the County of Lancaster and State of Pennsylvania Widow, being old and weak of Body but of sound and disposing memory and understanding and calling to mind the uncertainty of humane I therefore make my last Will and Testament in a manner following.
First I order and it is my Will that all my just debts and funeral Expences be paid and discharged as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
Item I give and bequeath unto Mary Jane of the daughters of my Nephew Frederick Yeizer) the Sum of twenty five pounds Gold or Silver Coin to be paid to her in six months after my decease.
Item I give and bequeath unto my Nephew John Yeizer (Son of my brother Englehard Yeizer deceased) the Sum of twenty five pounds Money aforesaid as and for his full & whole use out of my Estate Real and Personal, and to be paid to him in six months of my decease.
Item I give and bequeath unto my Nephew Jacob Foltz the sum of twenty five pount Money aforesaid as and for his full Share out of all my Estate real and personal and to be paid to him in six months after my decease.
Item I give and bequeath unto my Nephews Englehard Yeizer and Philip Yeizer (Sons of my brother Frederick Yeizer deceased) all that my House and half lot of Ground situate in the Borough of Lancaster adjoining in front on King street and West by Jacob Stuffs Lot North to a fourteen foot Alley and East by George ____ Lot, together with all other the Buildings Rights Liberties and Priviledges there belonging or in any wise appertaining To hold the same to them my said nephews Englehard Yeizer and Philip Yeizer their Heirs and assigns forever as ___nanto in common. And I do also hereby give and bequeath unto my said Nephews Englehard Yeizer and Philip Yeizer all and singular the Rest Residue and Remainder of my personal Estate And Household furniture of what name soley and to their heirs and assign forever they paying unto the said Mary John & Jacob the Legacies to them herein bequeathed in manner and form herein mentioned And it is my Will and I do hereby that all the rest of my Relations and kindred be entirely excluded & debarred of and from having or claiming any Share or Shares of into and ____ of my Estate real and personal.

Before me the subscriber personally appeared Jacob Shindle and Caspar Shaffner the two subscribing testafers to the foregoing writing and upon their Corporal Oath according to Law, vested respectfully did depose and say that they were present and saw and heard Magdalena Shitz the testatrix therein named Sign Seal publish pronouce and declare the ____ foregoing writing as and for her last Will and Testament and that at the time of the doing thereof She was of sound and well disposing mind memory and understanding to the best of their knowledge observation and belief. Be it Remembered that on the tenth day of November Anno Domini 1789 the last Will and Testament of Magdalena Shitz, late of the Borough of Lancaster Widow decd as proved in due form of Law and Letters Testamentary thereon were granted to Englehard Yeizer the Executor therein named he having first been duly qualified well and truly to Administer the Estate of the said deceased and expecially to exhibit and true and perfect Inventory thereof into the Registers Office at Lancaster within one month from this date and to render a just and true Account of his Administration on said estate within one year or when thereunto lawfully required Given under the Seal of said office.
