Uncle James as you know married Isabella Morrow, mother's third sister, and taught school forty years and was Judge of Boone Co. for 32 years. They had twelve children, five of which are still living all the way from 76 years to 89. He died there in 1878 at the age of 76. Aunt lived many years longer - lived with her son William. Boone Co. is filled up with Dalys and the record of the Co. shows there never was a Daly arrested for any offense.
