Leroy Lloy Downing. Leroy was born on July 22, 1936 and raised in the Grove, Oklahoma area. He went home to be with the Lord on February 10, 2010 at Grove General Hospital after a long illness. He was the son of William Charles and Lilly May (Lewis) Downing.
Was a real storyteller.
